While you have a very good point about Managers I found in my store that Managers also project there stress onto those in the store that they see as " the up and comming". While this should be a good thing ffor the crew person I found that they were never willing to promote these crew people. After trying to reach management for 2 years and having the extra work load put on me but not even making it to crew trainer I decided then that all promises that come ffrom McDonalds are false. So while you have a point I also believe that the crew and management to some degree put up with the same shit.
