Dear Rachael, I am not part of the Corporate Relations Department, I am a regular McDonald's worker who enjoys and excepts there job. Besides to tell you the truth I haven't been promoted to trainee manager yet, I am 16 years old and a very good young reliable worker at my store, I have been suggested to become part time management. When my store manager asked me she wanted me to become part time manager she understood I still wanted to attend school and spoke to other managers if he does not attend college I won't ask him to become manager. In this case McDonald’s understands the employees needs. I understand its just a job in a popular industry.
Also you said "You don't have to spout the company line to get your pay cheque." I am just displaying McSpotlight McDonald's is not all bad that’s why this is called the debating room.
