If Maccas is so flexible

Ex-CrewChief, I also worked at Belconnen Lake McDonalds! Who are you? If you dont mind me asking!

If Maccas is so flexible then why did they roster me on for a 35 hour working week during my exams? And yes I had crossed this period of time (5 days) off my availibility weeks in advance but they still proceeded to roster me on as I was a 'good worker' and they 'needed me'. They also refused to let me swap shifts. Despite what they claim, McDonalds don't care about their employees education.
