I agree that wages should not be based solely on seniority, but also on job performance. Unfortunately, that is not the issue at hand here. I have received $2.88/hour worth of raises over the years, and these raises were based on job performance. Fairness would say that those raises should be over and above minimum wage, which would put me at $10.03. Right?
