McSpotlight: There's a difference between actually blowing someone up and saying that someone *should* be blown up; and the actual likelihood of the poster doing this was fairly small. As such, the freedom of speech still takes precedence in our eyes.

(It was a tough call, though; but he was speaking on an impersonal level, not a personal one.)
