McD's is killing my man

My Boyfriend is 17 and has been working for McD's for almost two years. Just recently they offered him a traineeship for a manager. Now they work him twice as hard and pay him half what he used to get. They have him doing nightshift, as in 10pm-6am. I'm sure this is not legal with someone under the age of 18. He's tired, irritable and shitty. But he still thinks the sun shines from Ronalds Butt. I would love some ideas about how I can show him McD's is an evil orginization. He just won't listen. Please help!
