basically all I can say is that you get what you pay for. You go to a fancy restaurant and get the full treatment with the "personal touch" you describe. But you pay for it don't you? What can one expect for being able to buy a filling meal for under $5? I think for that price, its pretty good and far beats our competiotors in regards to standards and quality of service. None.
