: How do I know you feel pain? Sure, you say so, but maybe you're just reacting to stimuli. Getting real for a second, do you really believe animals don't feel pain? They certainly let you know when they do by screaming (the philosopher Descartes believed animals were like machines, and any cries of pain they made were only unthinking responses to stimuli. For that reason, he cut them up alive, without painkillers. Do you believe a guy like Descartes, or your own gut?).

You don't know that i feel pain. Except for the fact that we are of the same species which means if you feel pain then i pobably do too. I do think that animals feel pain however no one can know for sure. I also think that plants feel a certain amount of pain i don't think it is as much as animals but i still think they do.

: Well, yes and no. Predation is a part of nature, and nature is "cruel" in that animals suffer at the hands of each other, but that doesn't mean that human beings have to act like other animals. After all, the law of the jungle is right makes might. Does that make it okay for a big man to knock down a small man and take his property? Of course not. We can rise above the law of the jungle.

Humans might not have to but is in our nature to hunt. That is how we used to get our food. Some animals eat other animals some only eat plants and others, like humans, CAN eat both. We are omnivores and we probably always will be.

: Anyway, Hunter, I hope you consider, once in a while, the animals you kill, their lives, and what it would be like to be in their place when your arrow comes out of nowhere and tears into them. Just consider that you don't need to shed blood to live well. Maybe you'll give up hunting after all, or maybe not.

I don't use a bow and arrow i anly use a shotgun. Also i know that I don't have to shed blood to live well it is something that i choose to do.
