: I wasnt just talking about the blacks what I was implying that every worker by your measure having the right to be a boss should have an actual opportunity to be the boss. Of course this is impossible but it highlights the inequity.

I don't think Afirmative Action is by any means a perfect system. I think that it has to be administrated by the right people in order for it to work. I think that it has been administrated unfairly by people who think that if someone is a minority they automaticly get in to a university. However, I also think that in America you have a problem because most people who are minorities don't come from middle class backrounds. They usually go to highschools in the ghetto where there is a lot of drugs and violence. Also, there is huge overcrowding. The average minority will not have a perfect homelife. For example, if you are a minority the chance of you being born intow a familly that does drugs is high. The expectations of a minority going to a university is extremley low. At the University of California, they take minorities who have good grades. I think that if a white person did not get into a university because of his race chances are he or she could go a lot more places. So, I think Afirmative Action has to go on for some more time. However, I do not believe it can go on forever. Also, in America Sat prep is like 30,000 dollars a year. Chances are a minority could not aford that. Let's keep Afirmative Action for the time being!
