What's wrong with laziness? I'm for the greatest laziness for the greatest number. (Thank goodness for the 8 hour day. Now let's make it 6)
ps - If I WANT to raise monuments to "Progress" (and I'm certainly not against the notion) I would not consider it Work, (at least in any conventional sense).
