You may recall that under apartheid blacks in South Africa were worse off than in the Congo.

: thanks to the Communist influence in south Africa, teh government ahs launched a major effort to build houses and to make education and health care available to the people instead of to the elite.

I'll keep my eyeballs peeled for news items that disprove, conclusively, that you are once again acting out your part as a 'usful idiot', as Stalin said. Not that you'll believe it, but rather only to show that while you hallucinate the world goes on its merry way.
