That's PROUDHON, not Bukharin. Marx opposed the nonsensical utopian ideas of Proudhon (most famously in The Poverty of Philosophy). Bukharin, on the other hand, was one of the original Bolsheviks killed by Stalin (for advocating job rotation and democracy, among other things).
