Absolute equality on the receiving end, yes!

Because I dont see that happening anytime soon, even functionalism creates inequality, I mean if I'm hospitalised the nurses and doctors since the possess medical knowledge that I dont couldnt be described as equal to me this field. Then take the different abilities people are born with, like Motzart or Einstein, until Genetic Modification can produce perfect people there will be people who's capacities differ and if relative inequality motivates them to work towards the common good then so be it.

I do not suggest that all abilities are---or could be---equal. (See Gotha Program.) I'm only proposing that each person has an equal role in administrating society. Rawls' acceptance of wealth accumulation, I believe, would prevent that.
