Finally, a kid that shows promise. Everything you have said is dead on right. It is criminal what is going on in the public school system. Its not even worth "reforming". There are many things that we have plagued ourselves with in society, but public school, in my opinion, is satan in action. Not going to school at all is better than attending a public school. Everyone reading this - please considered correspondence schooling as well.
