I also work at a McDonalds and I have no clue as to what kind of upscale establishment you work for but $11.60 an hour? Please, that's a joke and half. I've worked for McDonalds for over three years and make $6.60 and hour, am one of the highest paid employees at my store, and they wanted to promote me to management where I would get paid no more that $7.75. Our head manager makes $12.00 an hour so the store you work for must do an awful lot of business.
