I would like to say to Mr. Williams that I know how it is when to eat crap like that! I'm sorry, but I don't know of any way you could get a hold of them, but I work at a McDonalds here in Amarillo, TX and filing a complaint would do no good! It's all a big joke! No one in the McDonalds corp. cares! I have wittnessed it my self! Have any of ya'' filled out on of those suggestion cards and put it in the box? If you have, I'm soryy because you have wasted your time! Our very own managers at the store I work at, throw away all the negative things that are said on the cards! Believe me when I say, no one cares! Employees will serve old food and food that has dropped on the floor! The stores are very dirty, and are not well kept! Another problem I would like to ddress is the FRIES! They are not as good as they used to be! 90% of the time they are way to salty and are COLD!! I feel very luckey if I get fresh, hot fries! I think McDonalds is not as powerfull of a fast food place as they used to be! Burger King is MUCH better, and is more competetive now than ever before! Their new fries kick McDonalds butt! Their sevice is better too! I think I'm done bashing now! Thanks for your time! None.
