OK, you are a responsible parent, but does it alter my point?

: I said I don't think with the herd and you don't know me, but you can assume I don't know myself.

Was it not you who called Helen Steele a "hypocrite" without even knowing her? Why then complain about people judging you without knowing who you are? This is of course assuming I have judged you at all because I thought I made it absolutely clear what I mean by the phrase "you and your kind". What I had in mind when writing the phrase was a picture of a liberal capitalist who believes in the unfettered freedom of capital. Freedom that should not be regulated by any laws or public criticism. Now if to you this picture is the same as that of a right-wing religious bigot, then it is your problem.

I take your point that you are a responsible parent who is aware of environmental issues and encourages children to eat healthy diet. I did not mean to slam you personally. Moreover, I don't blame people for liking McD food or eating there. It's a matter of taste. However, this does not mean McD's business practices and adverts are not exploitative and should not be criticised.
