Wal-Mart & Censored Music

I know Wal-Mart sells censored music that has things like swear words edited out. Just look through their CDs (being in the store doesn't mean ya gotta buy). On the skinny side with the CD title, some will have ALBUM AND ARTIST NAME (CLEAN) Clean means censored.I was told by a co-worker that Target practices the samething, without the clean warning. She is not a reliable source, so I was wondering if anyone could enlighten me? Thanks.
