If you think working for Hills was bad, try banking. Not only do you have to deal with customers screaming at you through the drive-up microphone, but you also have to answer the phone and listen to customers screaming at you about ATM transaction fees, wait on lobby customers screaming at you that you took too long waiting on the drive-up and phone customers. Then you get to play secretary for the branch manager who is too lazy to lift a finger and do anything for himself and too stupid to learn how. After that you get to write some letters to deadbeats that can't add or subtract so their checking accounts are always overdrawn. Maybe by mid-morning you get to opent the MAC machine only to discover that some prick has jammed an envelope with nothing in it into the machine, then it's off to the vault where an obese and filthy armored truck driver impatiently taps his fingers on your counter. After that you get to start calling people who your lazy-ass manager has decided have enough money to to make learning their names worthwhile (usually five figures or more). By the time you get home your feet hurt and your a complete bitch! I had to move to Collections to have less stress at the end of the day.
