Let's amend it to "Customer Service Sucks". Of course they aren't all as bad as either of us described, but the worst ones are those that come to mind. With enough experience, it got to the point the customers didn't bother me.
Perhaps your bank is small, but the larger ones have central call centers to pacify the telephone customers. At least you probably never fielded calls from drunks telling you how many times they vomited after eating a Burrito Supreme.
