I am not suprised by your level of ignorance. Most of the employees at McDonald's just want to earn a few bucks. Most "rude customers" are just low-life trying to get a few laughs at the expense of ANOTHER human being. McDonalds is a REAL JOB, and REAL PEOPLE work there. If you had a bad experience, why did you not complain (a good manager would have tried to reconcile), or simply just NOT COME BACK? If I had a dime for everytime my dignity was trod upon (for simply trying to deliver what the customer asked for, I would be a rich, rich person. The fact of the matter is, you are obviously not mature to assert yourself in an intelligent manner, instead choosing to take out your frustration with one individual on McDonald's employees as a whole. I'll bet you aren't called names, cursed at or laughed at for simply trying to earn a few bucks. None.
