Jim, I have to agree with "Tissue". It may be true that the management showed a complete lack of professionalism even around the customers. But... let's not forget that the customers are the ones who generate the revenues which pay the staff. I don't know if Bryan applied the face paint to himself or spiked the food with it, but either way, the paying customers deserved to be shown much better respect and appreciation by SOMEONE for their business. Drapp might have gotten much better support if he had retained his professionalism around the patrons and insisted that his co-workers do likewise. Whatever took place at that store is NOT the customers' fault!!!
