Always make your kids wear shoes

I would complain to, i would also wonder how it got there. I wish that parents would check there kids before they go out into these things because it is usually them that bring it in, those careless parents don't care about the welfare of their kids or anyone elses.
Another way it could have got in there is by those sick adults who find it funny to see kids in danger.

Always make your kids wear shoes, don't let anyone tell you to take them off.

Oh, and if you have a kid who likes to pull their pants down and leave their scents, please, ducktape their pants to their shirts, it is not a nice thing to clean up.
