Rap sessions is a rather loose term....

What McDonald's calls a "rap session" is definitely a much more thoroughly though out and formal idea putinto action than what is known to happen in other fastfood corporations. But keep in mind that a lot of graduates from Hamburger University have gone on to other companies and may have taken the ideas from the formal McDonald's "rap sessions" with them and these may be in a slightly different format. In an earlier debate it has been stated that rap sessions can be very detrimental to the managers also. I'd like to get more input on this.
