Everyone is in denial, when some one brings the subject up or complains all they can do is simply deny (the easy way out). Tonight I have been pushed to the ground, sworn at an threatened by a manager (at London shepherds bush, by SAM).What was the reason? simply because I wanted to go on time!!! afterwards he simply laughed at me and said I cant prove any thing. when a reporter comes you have to pass the message on to the communications department, and they provide a person with a false smile "sowed" on to her face singing all those pretty slogans, What a load of rubbish.
