: PS> At least i can read - unlike highschool dropout McDonalds managers!!

How nice that you can read! You hate everything about your job, especially the managers, so why not just quit! I know that you have said before that you live in a small town and that jobs are hard to come by, but there must be somewhere that you can find a job.

I have been a McDonald's manager for many years, not because I am a highschool drop out, but because I enjoy my job. (Yes I have a university degree!) I enjoy my job because I like working with people of all ages and working with the public. At my store, we are more than accommadating to our crew members. We offer flexible scheduling, benefits, and advancement opportunities.

You say that when you get out into the real world and are working with professional people that everyone will be respectful, civilised, etc.
I hate to break it to you, but because someone is considered a "professional", that does not make them a better person. Trust me, office politics can be much worse than you anticipate!

One thing that I have always told my crew people, is that I will try to be helpful with any concerns that they have about work, personal problems that may interfere with work, or problems with school. It's too bad that some people in management (whether it is McDonald's or any other business) go on power trips and forget that they are not any better than their employee.
