service recieved

Dear Sirs; I am writing to you about the poor service my family has recieved at several McDonalds In Minnesota and South Dakota. We have been to McDonalds approxamitly 16 times this summer and have recieved bad service at all the following locations:

Windom MN, Redwoodfalls MN, Worthington MN, Owatonna MN, NewUlm MN,
Mankato MN Rapid Cities SD Mitchill SD

The biggest problem with all the above locations is that we are told our food is all on the trays and we get to the table only to discover that a food item or complete meal is missing. The latest Problem is I pulled into the drive thru at the McDonalds in Mankato,MN last night August 22, 1999, I ordered two number 5 value meals a hamburger, small fry, a med. coke no ice and an apple pie. I paid at the cashier window washanded the drinks only to discover the coke no ice had ice in it. I then was told to pull ahead because the nuggets for the meals had a minute yet to cook that the food would be brought out as soon as the nuggets where done. I waited eight minutes before I finally went in and told the manager. I fell that the crew should be better trained. The service at the above McDonalds was very slow as far as waiting on customers goes. I fell that way because I have worked for Mcdonalds in the past and I was told each order had to be taken, filled and money exchanged in so many minutes. I could work circles around most of the employes at all of the above locations. I kring everytime we stop at a McDonalds to eat because of the poor service. I hope each time we get better service, but so far McDonalds is 0-16. Thank you for reading this I hope you will look into these problems.

Sincerley,
