You wrote that brilliantly!!!!!! I ( and every other employee here ) Know exactly what you mean. I have lost track of the amount of times it has all happened to me- apart from the one about food being thrown at my head! I think I might print your post and post it up around my store. Maybe even on a few telegraph poles!!
You missed one though!

# It is very annoying when customers look at road maps through drive through (our store is on a highway) totoally oblivious to the fact that there are people waiting behind them. They ignore me when I try to take their order and continue to have a family discussion. In the meantime my managers are screaming at me through the headset saying " Hurry up.Hustle . Come on what is taking sooo long???". I tell the managers through my headset about the situation and then the customers put in a comlaint ( to the same manager that told me to hurry )saying I was rude because I didn't give them time to order!!!!!!
Meanwhile the car behind me also puts in a complaint because it took them so long to get served!!!
And of course I get in trouble!!! Like its my fault that some people dont realise that drive-thru is the place to read road maps!!
