    38        A.  They are a separate company.  They are not a
    39        subsidiary.

    43        there are mutual directors.

    46        A.  Yes, sir, but there is a separate management.  They are
    47        run separately.  There are separate cost centres.  It does
    48        not supply very much of our beef.
