       of this list.

  Q. So we have to include listeria and campylobacter amongst
       your concerns?
       A. Yes.

  Q. What about the zoonotic diseases, they are not on this
       list?
       A. They are not on this list either.

  Q. Can you just say what the ones you have been -- you have
got it, I have not got the original-- but I think
clostridium, botulinum is one that has been blanked out
       here?
       A. Yes, it has been highlighted.

  Q. And also?
       A. Fusarium.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: You had better tell me where you are. You say
"highlighted". I appreciate you have a sense of humour
but it is not highlighted on what I have; it is completely
obliterated, about as lowlighted as you could possible get,
so you have to point out where you are to me.

MR. MORRIS: Yes. If you look at the list?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes, I have that now but help me by saying
       where you are?

MR. MORRIS: Near the bottom of the first section.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes, I have clostridium botulinum.

MR. MORRIS: Then fusarium is the next one two lines below that.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: How is that spelt?
       A. F-U-S-A-R-I-U-M.

MR. MORRIS: Fusarium, it is actually fusarium penicillin?
       A. That is the under group, any type of fusarium would be
       included in that group.

  Q. Are we concerned with that?
       A. No, we are not concerned with that.

  Q. So of those lists, can you say which ones you would be
concerned at, say, Jarretts in terms of what you would be
       looking for or expecting?
       A. Well, you would basically be concerned with all the
others apart from clostridium botulinum, which is an
anaerobic bacterium and it is normally found strictly in
completely unanerobic conditions. Basically we are talking
       about canned food.

  Q. You mentioned listeria and campylobacter. What about the
ones below the line which start off with E.coli?
       A. Well, that group there in the middle, E.coli,
klebsiella, streptacoccus, those are bacteria that are used
as indicators for faecal contamination, both in water and
