No. You're right. It's grey.

: BASE727 The IWW is going to win people over one person at a time and that will make it grow over time.

But will it be soon enough at that rate ? The IWW seem to want instant, radical change, not a gradual shift, don't they ? And isn't the worlds population growing faster than membership of the IWW ?

: BASE727 This hoplessness is caused by the capitalist system, where very few benefit from it and the IWW will improve things for all.

What ? Even ME ? A died in the wool fascist ? Even though I class myself as a worker, the IWW exclude me from the benefits of their utopian society because I am also a manager. It's a bit like the Jehovah's Witness who doorstepped me and told me there were only a finite number of spaces in heaven. What criteria must you meet to be part of this wonderful emancipated utopia ?

: BASE727 Success grows from one victiory at a time and that will grow from there. When you have enough successes that will start to change things globally.

Again - is that not too slow a timescale ?

: BASE727 If you don't speak out, you will never be heard and they are doing a good job in speaking out in what is right and wrong..

What IS right and wrong is very subjective. It sounds like dictatorship !
How about "what it THINKS is right and wrong" ? Now that's more like an opinion, which we can CHOOSE either to agree, or disagree with. Nothing is worse than having someone tell you that they know what is best for you.

: BASE727 The IWW gives plenty of details

I meant independent analysis of IWW's progress. Obviously they are going to say they are successful. Although I don't know who could do this analysis. Maybe some student at a loss for a dissertation subject or something ! If someone independent outside the organisation did some research and found that the IWW seem to be having a significant impact and are about to turn the economic world upside down, I'd feel more able to give them some credit !

Sorry James, the whole thing is still a bit of a grey area. But thanks for trying to explain things to me.

Incidentally, it's good to debate with someone who doesn't try to outwit me with obscure verbiage.
