I am only 17 and i have been a manager at my mcdonald's for about 4 months. I think i am doing a great job, and my supervisors have commented on my performance, which, they say surpasses all of my elder managers. My boyfreind is also a manager at a mcdonald's, and he is only 17. We both worked hard since we were 15 to earn this position, so think about that before you go stereotyping teens.
