I think you've been shafted. Your owners must be real jerks. The labour
board is a good idea as well as talking to a lawyer. the lawyer might be a little expensive but if the 5 or 6 of you went to the lawyer together you could split the expenses. Try sending a P.A.L. letter first, those little letters do work. But don't strike that won't get you anywhere.
