Well, I see where you can state your points, 'cause I have seen bad managers, but all of the managers at my store (Black River Falls, WI) are really nice, and know everything required for their position. I don't know if it's 'cause my store's better than most, or they're just plain nice people, but every time I clean up a mess, the only person that gets credit for it is me. I do a lot for them without them asking too, just being nice in return (and hoping for a promotion!). They're good about many things, except training me on drive-thru. I'm STILL waiting... But generally are nice. It seems to be a lot different in other stores, though. I'd like to hear your reply to this, if I may.
