English only???

Hello to all , and thank you all for all the interesting post that I have recently read. I need a n answer to this question; Can a manager legaly tell you to only speak english while at work? I wonder if McD's has any type of policy concerning this? I would greastly appreciate any help that is given. thank you in advance . Feel free to e-mail me directly .
