Different pay

I was woundering why Lobbey Hoste/ss and Crew Members have differnt rates of pay, and if a Lobbey Hoste/ss complaines that their pay is not right why don't the manger don't do any thing about it? Have they got a dislike off lobbey staff?
We do most of the work, when did you see a crew member worrey about a customer going too stab them.
