Business pays all the taxes because they they do the terrible thing of creating that which is to be taxed in the first place.

You cant tax what hasnt been created.

the point you are making - that tax is to the advantage of an elite class of politickers is valid, but dont blame businesses on mass, nor the self interest of individuals who seek to trade valuie for value.

'Business' as a whole cannot receive more subsidy than is created - more individual businesses are looted from than gain in the 'redistribution' process you describe. Resource isnt magiced by govt, its first created by the activity of people, mostly in organisations (especially the many many smaller 'anonymous' ones).
