something like ; no one has the right, under any circumstances, to initiate force against another human being, or to advocate or delegate its initiation.

If there is any rule of human interaction worth observing it is thisn one. We have previously acknowledged that many people dont observe it, and I contend that not observing it has no cause in free trade.

Its concise and if you desire you may change its intent by creating a vast list of just about every activity and calling it 'initiating force'.

Jail sentence if you dont pay.

: By the above logic I must pay for food, clothing, and shelter. I don't want to, so obviously someone is forcing me.

If you dont want to you dont have to and no one puts you in jail for not doing so.
