You seem to be tarring all the anti-McD's people with the same brush, sure the examples you mentioned may seem extreme, but they are isolated examples, not indicative of the company as a whole.
I think you are lucky with the store you work at, I have given examples on previous posts that are 100 % true, infringements happen at every store
As a whole the company pays low wages, and treats it's crew poorly, that has a lot to do with the fact that the Burgo has to be over 30% for a store to be considered profitable, in supermarkets the P+L is set at between 3-4% allowing better standards for the crew.
The only advantage that McDonalds have is the flexible hours they offer, they fail miserable in most other people related areas. (Generally)
