  Q. You do not.

MR. RAMPTON: My Lord, I thought Mr. Morris was putting specific
incidents which he alleged happened at McDonald's or their
       licensees.

MR. MORRIS: Yes, I am going to do that.

MR. RAMPTON: What does it matter what that Chicago Board said?

THE WITNESS: There is no official -- can I say something?

  MR. MORRIS: I understand.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Look, what you must do in the light of my
revised ruling, I would like you to put the specific
matters. Then if there are other matters you want to go on
to, do that. If any objection is taken, I will consider
it. But, having had all the argument about the specific
supposed Child Labour Law violations, put that now so that
       we have that dealt with.

  MR. MORRIS: OK.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Depending on what Mr. Stein's answers are,
you may or may not have to ask a more general question.

MR. MORRIS: Is it a fact, do you know -- I did ask you,
       I think, before about a report -----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: No. Please put the specific matters now,
Mr. Morris, and then come back to any reports.
(To the witness): Mr. Stein, Mr. Morris is going to puts
to you various alleged instances. I want him to put the
date or approximate date. I want him to put the place, by
city or state. I want him to put whether it is franchisee
or McOpco and then, in a word or two, how many violations,
something like that. When he has put that altogether in
one piece in relation to matter one, I want you to tell me
whether it rings any bells with you?
       A. Very well, my Lord.

MR. MORRIS: Do you know Billings -- do you know what state
       Billings is?
       A. Montana.

  Q. It has "MC".

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Have you got a date?

MR. MORRIS: Around April 1995. "A company that owned five
McDonald's restaurants in the Billings area paid $7,000
fine to the US Department of Labour for child labour
violations involving 28 minors, Kiercon Limited, owned by
Casey Randalls of Billings. The violations occurring
between December 1992 and December 1994".
       A. I have no knowledge of that.

  Q. Would it jog your memory if I said that the regulations
