Qx: And can you cite the source please? This is an interesting issue because there's plenty of people who will dispute that. I know that the ELN and the FARC aren't angels but this reminds me of arguments over ten years ago that went on amongst some Marxist groupings I'm acquainted with that over the issue of Kosovo. The military situation Colombia could turn out to be something else all by itself.
