I doubt you'll see any change whatsoever

You can complain to someone at McDonald's, but I'm not sure that it will make a difference. I doubt you'll see any change whatsoever if you do that. I hear all these people talk about complaining to McDonald's, but I hear nothing about complaining to Better Business. I thought the BBB was for this sort of thing. If you complain to the BBB, I bet they'll help you get your complaint resolved. What business wants to have a bad record with the BBB? When I have a problem with a business, I check the BBB's web site. Sometimes I'll find that a business has a history of complaints, showing me that I'm not the only one who has had a problem there.
