If your referring to being lazy, rude, and down right nasty, to all customers as good work well then honey you sure got another thing coming to ya'! If that is how you treat all your customers, then your never going to make it at a REAL job!! If your a manager as you claim, then hire some real, decent, kind, honest, employees.
